The Why Event - Notices

The Why event is already under way after it's first night on Sunday.  Details are in the poster below but here are a few extra details about the vent that you might be interested to know.

1. There will be a Prayer time each evening for 15 min half hour before the meetings in minister’s room. All are welcome. However we understand that if you are brining a friend or you are involved in welcoming or in the practical arrangements this will take precedence.
2. On both Sundays and on Friday night there will be a children's program available in the minor hall for primary school children to enable all parents to attend.
3. Each evening there will be a retiring offering for the cost of the mission and local outreach. (Plates will be at the doors)
4. Each night invitations will be available for people to take, read and invite others.
5. We plan that recordings of the meetings will be available. Please give your name to the person on the sound desk if you would like these.  Hopefully these will also be made available online as well.
6. There will be an opportunity to speak to someone about the messages either by talking to Rev Woodside at the close of the meeting or by making you way to the minister's room after the meetings.
7. A book stall will also be made available during the week.
